EDUsummIT was a small working-group conference with about 70 invited attendees. The summit focussed on implications of scholarly findings for policy, leadership and practice. Participants presented and discussed their perspective on the field and provided ideas and suggestions on the next steps that need to be taken in practice, policy and research.
Theme Under what conditions does technology have a positive effect on teaching and learning?
Goal The summit gathered professionals, policy makers and researchers to jointly discuss the implications of research findings in the field of information technology. The summit focussed on a call for action including comprehensive next steps for the integration of IT in teaching and learning.
Results A call for action based on position papers from the perspectives of policy, research and practice.
